200-250k if you are reputable but if you are new in to the community you would want to do somewhere between 120-200k. the requirement to sell accounts = 100 post count

I play on osb client legitely on my mains and never get bans. only the accounts that bot get banned in my experience

Jagex pushes game udates on thursdays regularly, and sometimes the update breaks the osb client. fix usually takes a couple hours to a day. but sometimes it can take up to a couple of days if unlucky

if you botted it on a different IP than the original IP of creation and you recover it with the old IP there might be a chance to quash the ban, but no guarantees

I remember first time I decided to try PKing, went to wildy with my noob af main and got rekt by some pure, lost my addy armor and rune 2h, got depressed af and felt like quitting. then I begged my RL friend for a new str ammy but he didn't really want to help me out, so I wined and told him I was quitting. eventually I got that str ammy and that is why I'm still playing to this very day
