It kinda protects me to know that people are using my proxies as intended and in a non-malicious manner, if someone were to access illegal material using my proxies such as Child Pornography or other kinds of stuff, I'd take the hit as I'm the owner of the proxy/IP. I limit people to it with threat of suspension basically to protect myself If you're wanting to use it for other things it can be arranged in PM, but don't want to fully advertise its use for 'anything*'

You can use the Proxy wherever you like as long as it fits within the ToS as 'OSRS Botting' - You are free to use these with any other client you wish. (If that was in the ToS or on thread it must be an error)

They're datacentre IPs which during account creation and tutorial island show much higher lock/ban rates in these areas as I believe Jagex check the IP (or something like that im not 100% sure). In my experience anti-ban isnt even a thing if you're running for long periods of time. Sure for short periods a bit of randomization could help, but you need to remember that scripts are just on a loop, and after so much time it will start repeating itself and lead to doing the complete opposite of what its meant to do. Best thing I'd say is to watch how you, yourself play or someone else and throw in some of the actions to happen every so often or while doing something afk, like right clicking random player in the area or examining some objects around the general area.
