This is definitely what I would do aswell. Good luck on the new laptop!

I would not have bought it for the following reasons; 1366 x 768 display No significant graphics card (Not needed if only for school or something) No Solid State Drive It's a cheap laptop, though, so it makes sense.

The whole thing about cheating in online games brings an amount of toxicity in itself. Combine that with a large forum of these "toxic" people and you're bound to have these inconveniences.

And this "agreement" was also done before he eventually got around to level the agility levels that was missing. Sure the account had rested two days and it was clean of bans. The thing is; he got onto the account again to level this for me. After this, the account had not been rested. And also there's no way the above "agreement" is still in place when he gets access to the account to level it again - done with scripts or questing - we don't know for sure. What is obvious is that it's due to him levelling from 20-35 agility that got the account banned.

That seems like the greatest coincidence in the world.

I appreciate this. He had already finished the account. What was I to write? And this still comes back to the fact that you can now bot any service and it won't be your fault if it gets banned - apparently. - In the end I don't mind the payment or compensation too much, but I'm happy that Dolly atleast will compensate me a little. I just feel like there's been pretty much nothing but injustice in this case.

I want to also enlighten the fact that @Dollyllama14 seemingly had no interest in trying to clear this up, when I told him the account got banned because of his actions - that's what lead me to making this dispute in the first place. After two days with no response I decided to make the dispute against him and made him aware of it; he replied within the minute of this, I feel like this might hint at, that he knew he fucked up on this one.
