Consider moving the execution of the WebWalking to your OnLoop if a condition is met (e.g. needToGoHome == true).

There are plenty of resources and other posts about exactly this. Go search for those posts. Get VIP for Mirror Mode, only used paid scripts and don't bot on accounts you're not willing to lose. Also, take breaks.

They are indeed detecting the client. Botting without Mirror Mode (a VIP feature on OSBot) is useless.

Dedicated Servers are far superior but way more expensive. You can try with a VPS, but I found that they don't cut it in terms of pure power and they are laggy for me.

That's why you should use Sandboxie. It is Jagex that sets the prevention of having more than two clients open in the same environment, not OSBot.

Is there any reason as to why you're opening up 2 separate OSBot clients and not just use the "Add Bot" feature provided in the interface for hooking up to more OSRS clients?

You want to run them in separate environments. If you're running it on the same machine, I would use Sandboxie. Open 1 OSRS client and 1 OSBot client in each "sandbox" - and if using proxies, as many as you want.

I believe this is Jagex' way of saying "chill dawg" when making new account, logging in and out a lot and so on. Closing and opening browser or clearing cache should do the trick
