I suggest buying 5 different dedicated servers at maybe 25$ a month. Currently i can run 20 bots fine with my dedicated server. so 20x5=100, then 5x25 = 125$ Therefore with $125 a month, you can run these 100 bots, but if you want it all in one server, you're going to pay a lot more than 125$ I believe.

The best way to make money is to find your own money making method and have a private script with it.
