I sold 100m for $95 paypal, the payment arrived as ''Under Review'' And he wouldn't take no for an answer, he has now charged back and I don't have an option on paypal to issue a refund sooner because now my paypal has been limited due to this. I have contacted paypal and they have told me to wait till the dispute finishs in the buyer or sellers favour then refund after. Not sure what else i can do in the meantime.
