Depends on what style you prefer to pk with. Also kinda depends on the combat bracket you will be in. Everything 70 combat and higher needs 43+ prayer imo. But that is me, I just hate it if you get attacked by higher combats in PVP and you can't use overheads. Thats my opinion on your question bro. Feel free to give feedback and share me your opinion! Does the account need to have other stats? since 30 herblore is easily done in like 30 minutes WITH the quest. U should really consider doing it urself since its kinda a money waste :p. Just a tip tough brother

Cuz I don't really like suiciding with a shitty script. But anyways ended up trying it myself, script does what it have to do just keeps spam clicking the bucket when there isn't any water in the ship. Makes it very bot-like so decided to not use this script anymore. If the bucket part gets updated this scrept will be perfect.
