I think using scripts that people haven't used a whole lot before is a good way to go. My thought process is jagex has most likely banned a lot of people using that same script and know how to identify it. Try using some less used scripts. Try using different styles of botting. Try messing with break times. Try changing the time you bot at. It's a lot of trial and error with botting. Just keep in mind that one day they'll catch you.
