Apparently the script is not being updated anymore. So I would say it is probably qualified for an outdated script You can't just move an script to the out-dated section if it's still working for people.

Alot of people aren't friendly/nice on this forums, Script writer are bitching on other scripters, An example; if there's an premium script in the SDN, other scripters release it for free.. That's not a reason to leave... trust me it is.
