On May 1st, I went to bogla's website to purchase gold. I made a payment of $454.56 via G2A. However the payment was declined, and money deducted from my bank balance.
I approached bogla's livechat and was told by 3 operators (Nemo,Usrado,Travis) that I would be able to get refunds in 1-3days, 3-5days, 5-7days respectively. And told me to wait till 8th May for refunds. Else I should just email Bogla's support directly.
Then I approached G2A for help. Still no refunds as of yet. I am not sure if G2A is holding the money or has money gone to Bogla. Hence, I want to get a confirmation from Bogla regarding this payment.
I am not sure if G2A is holding the money, or the bank is holding onto the money.
