If it is an account you care about then definitely don't bot hunter. If you could afford to lose it, because it probably will happen, then fuck it! Go balls to the walls. On a side note, i know a few people that have gotten 99 hunter with ease. For me it works on an aged/lvled/quested account. On my throwaways that are pures i get around 80 then stop or get banned.
