This is pretty much how I learned Java aside from a small crash course back in high school. Completely self taught with lots of help from the communities I've been a part of over the years! If you want to learn how to make things other than scripts then it helps to start with small arcade games like minesweeper and asteroids; those two in particular cover a lot of the basics and really helped me get ahead. I think scripting is just good practice for logic and structure =]

Why in the world would I want to do that? I joined this forum to get back into RuneScape and Java and to be part of a good community, not to get trolled by leeches like you. If you actually have some helpful advice then please enlighten me. Edit: I've figured it out anyway so after a little polishing my first script with be complete!

Just joined up the other day after my first time back on RuneScape in over four years. I used to bot on p****bot back in the day before what I call the "civil war" they had haha. I gotta say though, I love the API and functionality this bot has! Anyways, I'm looking forward to being a part of the community here and getting back into scripting. Any suggestions on where to start??
