  15. if your pc is watercooled you might had a leakage which made contact on the other parts of the motherboard (which means you better send it in for RMA and hope it gets accepted)
  16. flash the bios try another harddrive that you know 100% works. check the PSU connectors etc. most of the time its just a simple thing you wouldnt think of you would do
