You are correct, pressing shift doesn't change the order of options in menu.

When pressing shift, getMenu().getDefaultToolTip() still returns for example; "Use Iron ore". Is there any ways of getting the actual toolTip or if this is the correct way of getting it, might be clients bug ? @Alek

Well, right now i ended up using messagelistener and hashmap, made it so that it'll clean the list every 1 second, it'll be enough to execute interaction event. Not sure if the smartest way but meh, works.
