Well considering multiple people quoted me 11m-13m with an additional 2 quests on there, i would be expecting to pay 8m-10m now. Also forgot to mention, underground pass is already more than half way done.

Started service, gave me an eta of 8 hours. Told me he had to go and he'd be back in 2 hours. Been about 6 hours and still has not gotten back. Canceled the service.
