What would be the story,what's the genre, who are the main characters, will they play themselves or have actors(if so which ones), what will your character be like? Add anything else you feel is needed to answer the question of what the OSBot movie would be like.

The terms of service is very clear that the 2x refund is only for orders that take longer than agreed upon. The only reason the order was canceled was because of other users not wanting to team up with your character due to low level not lateness of the order. Given the order is incomplete you're obviously entitled to a refund of the price paid, but you will not be getting a 2x refund as that doesn't apply in this scenario.

I did an ip resolve and both his skypes match on here and there and the IP addresses match on OSbot and skype. He's been banned thanks for your report roomie =).

I like spam section as much as the next person but a ban evader report is a serious accusation not something to be joked about at all. For reference purposes another topic to avoid is joking about scamming. Whether such a comment is serious or not is a one-way ticket to TWC.
