There is no tricks or tipps if you wanna bot with a low banrate you either get a private script or buy one use mirror client stay active on forums go trough threads if you just want to get 1 skiller account I would do Tutorial Island by Hand and get Fletching / WC / Fishing etc. to a level of 20-30 wouldnt take to long then do some quests and start botting.

Hi Ive also ran into this problem yesterday night I signed in with my PayPal account but then I tried to just use the credit card information itself and it worked try it out hope it helps.
