I've placed @Noddi in TWC and asked him to reply here, normally I wouldn't mind much about going over time frame but his attitude seems to be pretty bad.

The user has since been banned for scamming, however should he wish to return this will be added on top of what he needs to refund.

Sorry but your story isn't adding up; I find it hard to believe anyone could recover the account other than you especially since you never gave previous buyers the recovery info. I will discuss this more with staff and one of us will post here with a decision.

@Aaron As original owner and seller of the account you are responsible for recoveries made on the account. Did you inform @Mr Asshole that the account had already been sold and bought back, and that you had given the previous buyer all recovery information?

What exactly are you trying to get from the dispute? From what we've seen D Bolter acted in a professional manner and did his best to resolve this even offering replacements in the mean time.
