Yes. So for example, if you were to create the account on your home IP, and you use a proxy and it gets banned there, you _might_ be able to get it back that way yes. I cannot give you guarantees though, since I am not familiar with that.

You can start botting. Bear in mind that when botting several accounts on one IP may chainban all accounts. I don’t have any evidence of it, but other accounts _may_ be affected on the same IP. Others also claim that when using proxies, it’s easier to recover permanently banned accounts due to the fact that the offence committed on the account is obtained on another IP, causing Jagex to believe that the account is hacked.

Ask yourself: Antiban? What would that consist of? Everything a human represents? No human would 'randomly' move the screen, no human would 'randomly' miswalk (You cannot simply program human 'mistakes' - I mean with mistakes, is what the anti-ban mostly consists of), it's all coincidence. Just bring yourself to the next step where you would have to think: What would I have to do, to achieve that? (Script wise, what script do you want to make, and what would you need to make that?) - You could always write yourself some 'psuedo' code, for example: Walk from A (Bank) to B (Spot) Pick up berries at spot B Walk back to spot A (Bank) Mix berries with something Deposit to bank > A Repeat Ofcourse each step has it's own code block, but this way you _might_ make it more of a clear view for yourself.

As for the first notebook, it's a barebone; which means you will have to add the hardware to it, which eventually will add up to a entire new laptop. Seeing as it's DDR4, the price will be way higher then a older aged laptop (DDR3). What is your current budget on spending on a new laptop if you were to look for one? If you can easily clear this one from dust, I would always go for that option first.

Normally you can do a check list. Would the laptop shutdown when there is a hard disk failure? Probably, but by the amount of times it had happened, it would have died a long time ago. Was it a faulty RAM issue? No, because you wouldn't get to see anything on the screen. Can it be a motherboard failure? It could, not likely. Can it be a faulty GPU? No, else you wouldn't see a screen. Can it be a processor problem? Yes, but that might aswell be related to the heat. What I do agree with, is to check the temperature. Use CoreTemp to check your temperatures, which can be downloaded from here. If the temperature is alright, then your problem is not the dust or anything of that matter. If the temperatures are normal, you might want to look into some more testing of all the hardware, in that case I would recommend Hiren's boot CD. If it might come that far, please let me know so I can assist you further.

Last thing I'd like to mention: If you still have warranty, and it might become overheated and break down, you lose warranty. After all, they will say it's your responsibility to take care of the 'health' of the laptop. And yes, if there are no signs that you may not open it up, you are free to do so. But, if it says you lose warranty if you open it up, you are better of sending it back, else you still lose warranty.

Also make sure to refresh the thermal paste on the GPU if you don't have an integrated GPU. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you are better of looking at Google results, else this thread will probably just become an all round guide for laptops lol.

To put it plain and simple: Yes. Just because it bulks up at the fan doesn't mean you fix the problem by clearing it there. If there is dust in the surrounding parts, it might just get back as fast as you cleaned it, seeing as you are getting air flow in it, which _might_ move the dust.

Ever cleared the dust from the inside? An external fan is not going to do anything if the heat cannot go out.
