You shouldn't have to prove who you are to anybody, and harassment of any kind is not allowed, it doesn't matter what your gender is. If you find you're being harassed on the OSBot forum or chat, report it using the report feature or PM a mod and we will handle it.

While the real life circumstances are unfortunate, the service provider acknowledged the real life issue while maintaining that the service would be completed within the requested timeframe. The staff has decided to leave the feedback.

Due the the circumstances of this transaction, I think it is resonable that he was unable to complete the service. Do you feel even with these circumstances of needing to help his father he is deserving of negative feedback?
