If you could that would be nice, messaged you on Skype. I know I paid around 350m for the account , the accounts bank is worth around 240m and I had just brought rigour aswell, plus the levels/ quests completed

I brought a account from @Mikasa a year ago, i was logged out of the account today as they suspect it has been stolen, i used the recovery info he gave and was denied a recovery

think this is out of my hands now its down to arcus to solve this as it seems, the new owner is not happy with my refund amount, and i cannot recover the account

Sorry for delayed reply, I have offered Chris a full refund including his services, levels on the account and he has agreed with these terms VIA pm, Arcus is going to try and recover until then I will refund Chris tonight

you can turn this off by right clicking the accumulator and disabling the magnet

Seems if a mod asks they get a reply, it's took me over 3 weeks to get a response a soon as disputed was opened there was a reply? If a mod could speak directly to them about a recovery? If can't be recovered what is the other options as a lot of work has been put into the account

Okay he gave me some creation info VIA Email, but still could not recover/unlock the account with that additional information

I've had this for about 3 weeks he is not there His account creator messaged me on @Arcus account saying he can help me with this just waiting for email reply

hi , i brought a account from @Arcus around a year ago, and now the account is Locked, i have tried recovering my self but need more details IE creation date, ISP used, i spoke to the live chat they gave me a email to send some info to, i have waited over 3 weeks for a reply (there is proff of livechat screenies in a PM, will add Mod into chat who accepts the appeall]
