Users pay and then charge back, there's no need for me to take on the risk of selling a bond without extra profit. A lot of people are selling for $3.85, so I think $3.5 would be fair for a bond selling via Paypal (again, extra risk on my end).

My credits are gone even though I've never used them, I had a script in checkout, applied credits to checkout balance making it 0, but decided to hold off on buying the script and X'd out.
