If you can come up with a auto win price, I think it will be more beneficial instead of random figures being thrown out whether they are serious offers or not.

It seems very unlikely Jagex will change their mind on their decision, but I do recommend attempting to appeal it again. It's definitely worth the try as the worst comes to worst, they'll say no.
