What a clever idea from the mexican authorities if he escapes twice why not just put him back in the same institution. I Mean el chapo has so much influence in mexico its crazy the money too, in such a poor country money talks. I can definately see him escaping again depending on how the mexicans deal with it, really he has to be kept in by incorruptable people and in mexico thats going to be very difficult, even the most incorruptable people can be turned especially if the cartel starts targeting peoples familys if they dont accept bribes, will definately be very interesting to see how its dealt with, but it wouldnt suprise me if he's escaped within 18 months time.
