Jagex can "flag" your IP adress if they banned your entire goldfarm (running acc's on the same IP), which will get your other accounts get banned aswel.. If you change your IP, you will have a fresh IP which isn't flagged, and it's "safe" again to bot

I'm using this one. Great support and i can run 2 bots for €7 a month, and 4 bots for €10 a month.. If your ip gets flagged, they change your IP (first time free, after that only $2)
