Its Jagex's game. They can choose when they ban you so yes you can get banned overnight however it has been rare for me to get a ban for that.

Disputed member: @darol Thread Link: N/A - There was a thread however he didn't post on it. I can link it if mods need it. Explanation: So I sold this Darol guy a level 33 magic account (in fact 2 of them) for 300k each. He saw my thread saying that I was selling 3 level 3's tutorial island completed for 200k each. He PMed me on Skype asking for them and he said he would pay later. When I asked him what happens if he didn't pay he just replied "cmon man I didn't expect you to act like this on a 600k deal". Below I will put the screenshots however his behaviour is really sketchy. Thats right. I've botted 2 accounts. One mining account I botted got banned after 16-17 hours whilst the others are intact. I'd say specific worlds are looked over by Jagex mods so preferrably use F2P worlds and see which worlds get you banned faster.
