  1. Does anyone know if you have an expired 2-day ban, do you get another 2-day if caught again, or is it still automatic permanent? Thanks guys!
  2. While cutting Yew Longs, it will deposit the bows, and then it will click the "Deposit Inventory" button, then withdraw the knife, then withdraw more yew logs. It does this in both task and default mode. Have I done something wrong?
  3. Tbh red chins were extremely out of control, there was like 3-5 people per spot per world lmao Banked over 5k chins on one account this weekend though
  4. Wrong section, should be in requests. I'm sure a mod will move it soon enough!
  5. That is honestly one of the dumbest things I've ever read With that logic there would be no bot detection system in place lol. I've read something lke 90% of bans are presumably based on click profiling because of the statistics and data that the anti-macro software that Jagex uses has collected. That being said, collecting simple data (i.e. what skill is being trained) using a random event is sub-atomic comparatively. If they went as far as banning 98% of all botters, in turn wiping out damn near all of their income from memberships... I am pretty confident that they are doing some sort of data collection lol. Plus the OP was asking if all randoms are ignored, would it increase the ban rate. And to that I said: it would POTENTIALLY raise red flags, but it wouldn't be the deciding factor of a ban or not. I also clearly stated it's an opinion/educated guess. I can't really speak for you, but if you knew anything about statistics, or really had any form of common sense, you would know the larger your sample size, the more accurate your data becomes. So really it would be stupid for Jagex not to continually collect data. As bots evolve and get smarter/more human-like, they need the most accurate representation of how a real player plays to ensure they can ban the maximum amount of bots with the smallest chance of making a mistake.
  6. There is no way to be 100% sure about this, but personally I think it can, but I highly doubt it is a major factor. Here is my take on it (strictly opinion/educated guess): I don't really think it is random at all, but actually extremely calculated. This is because Jagex's detection system is based so highly off of statistics. I would guess that 98% of randoms go to legitimate players while the other 2% go to expected bots. Now, most of the 98% will either do the random or click "dismiss" (but not all), while most of the 2% will simply ignore it. Knowing that almost all of the people you test will be clean, you can then gather data on what that person is doing and how they are doing it, reaction time to the random, etc. Out of that 98% who are expected to be legitimate players, you can then break it down into skill type, afkable, click intensive, or somewhere in the middle. More than likely, the 98%ers who completely ignored the random were probably doing an afk skill such as fishing, while the 98%ers who dismissed/did the random were probably doing something click intensive. Taking this data gathered from the 98% Jagex can then compare it to the people who fall into the 2% category. This alone will more than likely not be the deciding factor between you getting ban or not, but rather be a potential red flag for Jagex to take a closer look at your account. This is where the statistics come into play. If you are in the 2% and fishing, well that is an extremely afkable skill, so you automatically have a higher chance of ignoring it. But if Jagex sees you have ignored 5 randoms in a row then notices you have been playing for 20 hours straight or in a perfect/extremely similar intervals non-stop, then that will raise another red flag. TL;DR Version: I believe Jagex uses statistics/data gathered from "random" events to raise a red flag on an account that is potentially botting, thus Jagex will decide if the red flag is worth looking into or if they will just look past it. Random events alone will not be the deciding factor in a bannable situation.
  7. I think there was a ban wave today. One of my bots got banned then I got banned on an account that never botted and never even logged into osbot client right when I tried to log in this morning lol.
  8. It misclicks the deposit box and clicks "Cross" on the plank or whatever it is called. Typically happens when the camera is facing the deposit box and they are fairly in-line. Also usually the character is still walking so I'm assuming the mouse just moves the slightest bit because of the map changing and when it clicks, it thinks it clicked the deposit box. But I will test it out tomorrow and see how it goes. Thanks for being awesome :P
  9. Banking while mining at Rimmington still sometimes gets stuck boarding the boat by the deposit box. Other than that, it is still a freaking amazing script :P
  10. This is so true. I forget the exact figure but after the bot nuke they lost a shit ton of income. They banned what? Over 1 million accounts or something crazy, don't feel like looking up the actual statistics, but yes. RS would die in a matter of weeks with 0 botters and goldfarmers. It also keeps the game economy balanced by keeping the most desired items in stock at all times.
  11. Dude its a game. If you seriously feel that bad about breaking the rules in a game I think its time you go outside and smell the fresh air a little. Its not like you're cheating on your girlfriend or lying to your parents about something important lol. It's nothing more than some lights on a computer screen.. Don't get me wrong, I love the game and I grew up playing it. But it's just that. A game. It's not that deep lol
  12. use "oldschool(insertworldnumberhere).runescape.com" Example: oldschool42.runescape.com
  13. It's easier to go to the "Store" tab at the top of the page and then click "Premium Scripts" on the left hand side, then "Fishing & Cooking"
  14. Has made me quite a few mils This account got 1-80 before getting the 2 day so we will see how far I get before the perma ban. Edit: the profit in the paint though
  15. Gf me. Decided to suicide this account with a 2 day ban to see how far I could get this weekend because I have no use for it. And of course I get a baby chinchompa More than likely this account will be banned on Monday morning as soon as Jagex walks in the door, if not sooner. Too bad i guess lol
  16. You need not know ANYTHING about the process to understand that the bot is down on Thursdays due to updates. If you cannot comprehend that one day out of the week the bot is down, regardless of reason, you are a fucking retard (not you personally, you as in a general statement) Plus people post without reading other threads. If these noobies would just take 5 seconds to read the other 10 posts in this category, they would see there is no need to post another one. As far as how long it takes: couldn't tell you. That depends on many many different things. But typically they work out all the bugs within 24 hours.
  17. This is a good point, but really shouldn't be necessary. I'm 99.9999999% sure the devs are more focused on trying to get the bot back online than they are worried about changing the status of the forums. Not to mention they may not even be able to start working on the update as soon as RS updates. They could be in opposite time zones. Plus Thursdays the bot won't work. I feel the online/offline status is more for the circumstance the bot breaks for an unexpected reason. It should be universally known that on Thursdays, the bot is down. Period.
  18. Every week I see this. So here is a nice easy thread for all the people who don't understand or for those who are too stupid/lazy to read the FAQ: EVERY Thursday Jagex will update RuneScape. When RS is updated, the bot then has to be tweaked to the update for whatever may have changed in the game. SO with that being said... PLEASE STOP MAKING 10 "BOT IS BROKEN OMG WTFFFF" THREADS EVERY WEEK. This really shouldn't need to be said as this answered at least 5 times every Thursday AND it clearly states in the FAQ "99% of the time if the bot is offline it is due to an update". Please just for the love of God. They know it is broken, just give it a day. You will survive one day/a few hours without OSBot
  19. I think my favorite moment playing the game was getting my first 99 (strength). I was like 13ish so my patience level was too low to continuously work on one skill so I always had a shitty character. I decided to go for strength because of course I wanted to hit high af. I just remember the all nighters I would pull killing dags or bandits, and of course making sure my parents never knew I was awake that late at night As far as funny: the friend that introduced me to RS and I used to scam people in Draynor (so this is like 2005). All I remember is the best item we got was a rune med helm and we were literally freaking out. Sold it to the general store for like 8k and split it and we thought we were super rich. Ahh how joyful the game used to be :P
  20. If you can find an autoclicker that records your clicks, manually click a couple hundred alchs and then let it go. I have a gaming mouse with a built in auto-clicker and I alched 55-85 mage all at once with not problems. As long as the clicks on the spell aren't in perfect intervals, the mouse moves slightly every now and then and the camera doesn't do a bunch of stupid shit I would say its pretty hard to detect. I guess the mouse doesn't really even need to move, I manually did it every so often just to be safe. This also allows you to use the normal RS client with no need for mirror/stealth mode, reducing the possibility of a ban rate to extremely low.
  21. Czar, I'm still going strong on my fishing account. Had to take a small break and rebuild a bit since my account with all the money got banned but I am up to 81 fishing today Just two very very minor bugs I see: 1.) On rare occasions when fishing sharks at the fishing guild, it will fish tunas/swordfish (again not a huge deal but I could see Jagex seeing that as fishy, no pun intended ) 2.) Sometimes it will go in "afk mode" for a little too long and it will log out due to inactivity. Not sure if this is intentional or not. If it is that's fine, maybe just make it happen a little less? Edit: Glad I caught this right as it happened. I'm sure you have a failsafe that would have made it fix itself but the console said to report it to you immediately:
  22. Haven't updated to El Capitan (assuming that is what you are referring to). And thank you! If I can't get it fixed by Monday I will just take it to our school's IT department, they are all certified Apple techs and they are the ones who distributed us our computers/equipment. Thank you though, I appreciate it
  23. It does and I have tried to access but it won't open.
