I tend to run maybe 10 when Im gold farming on a vpn. As for bans they all tend to get banned at the same time due to doing the same thing :p I usually get at least 5-10M profit out of each account then lose it all staking -

There is no way to prevent a ban other than just not botting sadly. Obviously using paid scripts will make you less likely to get banned but dont be shocked if you get banned.
