It may not recognize your quests as completed if you didn't follow the standard steps, the code was written following the same pattern as wikipedia. Did you loot the gems from the throne room when you did it?
It won't skip quests, but doing previously started quests is not fully supported on all quests yet. Some of the quests may not work properly if you stop it while it's in progress.
It puts high prices in order to get them fast, so you will need a larger cash pile. I usually use ~600k for all 40 quests, but it only really uses up about 300k.

Well, I use many programs since I'm a programmer, but mostly Eclipse, Linux terminal, PhpStorm, Visual Studio or Google Chrome
I use them for programming but I got blue light filter (not orange like in that vid), my doctor recommended me to use them because she knows I work a lot on my PC (at least 10 hours a day)
I got them for ~$100
I'll eventually just make a poll on the thread, but the decision to add quests is not really opinion based, it's more about the code required and API limitations
