The value on the account was just under 50m so not sure why you're trying to move the goalposts at this point (if i was trying to hide the wealth on the account; why would i say there was more than what you said there was on there originally?). Im not really sure how you can talk about fair, when currently the victim is out of pocket by 400m (300m once he responds and video can refund him 100 of it), if you want to reverse all this, feel free to contact the victim, give him the 400m back, in turn you'll get the accounts back and the 50m of wealth on it as i'm sure it'll take me a fair while to resell the accounts, since i've got accounts in stock already. The two accounts you paid me for, you paid 75M (07 equivelent), that's my SELL price, i shouldn't be expected to pay near the maximum price i'm able to get for them? The accounts stats were as follows, which 50m total is a fair price. Account 1: 40 attack 70 str 70 range - unquested (you paid 40m for this, i still have two in stock, and yesterday sold one for 30m) Account 2: 50 attack 75 str 75 range - unquested (stats were lower when you bought - was 50/65/65 - you paid 35$) I'm sure if you ran a price check in the accounts section for these two pures, they wouldn't amount to more than 50m, personally i wouldnt pay more than that, as i could make them for cheaper, and when you factor in that it may take weeks to sell them for more than i've bought them back at, i wouldn't offer more. Regardless of what price they were valued at, the fact is Video who was handling the counter-scam was more than happy at the price, and also was Saiyan when i consulted with him. If i had to sell these accounts quick to get my money back, i don't think i'd get more than the 50m paid.

I best add before it confuses matters more, the 100m is a rough cash equivalent of the total refund, 50m cash and the two accounts are worth around 50m

I won't name names, but I know some people on this site have counter scammed on sythe previously, and this has never been brought up over here. QF3 knows he is in the wrong and I don't know what sane individual would think he would be entitled to a refund when he has scammed more Relating the cluster fuck you mentioned, I believe he would have to refund the difference at least, but if he refunded the full amount, in complete fairness he would deserve the loss for causing the issue in the first place. In regards to the sythe admin contacting me, in hindsight he has put me in a difficult situation and I see that now, however I don't think helping the victim is the wrong course of action, but that's just my personal opinion and everyone is entitled to their own Regarding the TWC, I find it unfair I am being penalised here, when over on sythe (where technically the scam and counter scam has happened), I'm holding repayment for someone who may or may not come online in the near future, without any restrictions? The TWC rank, in my eyes, are for those who have caused concern for their trust to be questioned, and trading with them generally may have negative consequences. Personally, I don't think this is a fair reflection of myself given the circumstances and what I've contributed to the community and market since being here; and also I do believe a lot of the more trusted and known characters on this site would have no issue in trusting and trading with me; however newcomers to the site will have a view quite different with what the rank suggests. Do you personally feel people should have caution when trading with me? Especially for the value of 100m? Also within TWC, most of the market is off limits so if the victim doesn't come online for some time, I'll be unfairly affected.

Not sure what you mean, if he doesn't want the accounts, which are technically his when I've given them to him, I'm just giving him an option to sell them to me if he doesn't want to keep? That's for him to decide, he can have the accounts and use them for whatever he wants, or sell them me, or sell them to someone else. There his accounts (or will be) and he can choose what he wants to do with his compensation 50m over the two accounts, he will basically be getting the 50m plus the two accounts which I mentioned earlier

Yes, he will get the two accounts recovered + the wealth on the accounts which was just under 50m I chased up the skype request today (resent it) and also pmed him on sythe this morning (incase he ignored the skype request), but he's not been online since thursday (on sythe) [hidden] if he doesnt want the accounts, i don't mind buying the accounts off him since im the original owner and can re-sell, but that's completely up to the victim and isn't really related to the counter-scam, more what he wants to do with the accounts afterwards etc. Still not entirely sure the reason as to the TWC, i was acting upon admins decisions and i've seen counter scams happened in the past so dont see the issue? If someone can advise on the reason to the TWC? Am i considered a risk?

If any mod from Osbot made any request like this to me, obviously i'd help where possible, which is all i've done over at sythe so not sure why i'm being penalised for this over here, it wasnt even my idea i was acting upon request's from administrators.
