rushers are the way forward sadly - howevr you'd prob be better gmauling, quest the attack as much as you can and train str via barbarian fishing - slow but you'll stay 10hp for the most part so you'll be alot lower combat

Looking for quotes on 50 to 75 att, currently 50 str and you cannot train it any further. Brine sabre until 70 att, then whip will be provided 70-75. Account is 1 defence without prayer so rock crabs prob best. Hand done must not be botted.

1 prayer is always best, then if they want to use it to stake they can, and also they can simply choose what prayer level they want anyway since it's quick to train
