1512i am not. it is possible to get it with a max main 1 prayer account but not on a pure or low lvl account since tick eating is fixed.you can't get a fire cape without prayer/low lvl combat. jagex made an update to fix tick eating. it's not possible to tick eat the purple sweets on low health anymore. * and they've added static spawns to the fight cave a while back.
