yeah cooking gives you loads of randoms, while combat training barely gives you any, that's my experience atleast:)

I went 70/99/70 on my acc, that way I can both pve and pvp very well.

1 def pures are not very good imo, at 80+ they get wrecked by zerkers and at lower levels they get wrecked by hybrids etc.

Just don't bot like a retard and you'll be fine, I just got to 99 str in a short period of time, just use the built in break function in the bot and kill creatures that are not very popular.

If it was a bot busting ban, it was from the last thing you botted, they just randomly check commonly botted places and ban every bot there.

You'd be better off just starting with lobs at 40 imo. With cooking gloves, you'll only burn about 1-2k which is just about 500k, rather then buying trouts that wont ever sell.

Cooking imo, lobbies are like 150k+/h. took 40-99 without any problems.
