Looking to pay 5-7M on an avatar, thread layout and team banner for my AIO service. Must be someone experienced, I am flexible with how the design can look as long as it looks nice. I would prefer it to be animated, also it should be someone who can change things for me whenever I need for free. The changes will obviously be small changes like price change on thread or a name removal or adding someone name to thread. If the GFX does not meet my expectation I simply wont pay. I agree, in order to open up a service you should have at the minimum 100 post counts.. it's really not hard to get. However they should still be able to use the market section in case they need a service themselves.
