Lol back then bot detection by Jagex was pretty bad. You could easily run bots for weeks and not even worry about a ban. I wish it was still like that but sadly that is not the case.

That's a weird reason to get a perm ban. There are some unban services around. Usually there in the 'Other' section of market. You could go look around and see for yourself if you want to try it out. I've always personally just given up on accounts if they get perm banned.

Doubt it. There are some services that say they can do this but I've never tried them and I doubt they are always successful. I would just forget about the account to be honest and make a new one.

A lot of users are just here for the community and don't bot at all. I came to OSbot to eventually bot but now I think I'm just here for the community since I got scammed a majority of my bank.

For getting a 99 I would think you need mirror mode. You already have VIP so just use it and you should probably look into premium scripts as there is less chance of a ban. However, remember, mirror mode only reduces your chance of a ban.
