What you could get is probably nothing. Since no one would buy such an account from you, no offence. What its worth though, probably something like 300m.
OO can always recover accounts. As the people above me said, buying an account from someone with quite a good reputation is a good way to ensure he wont recover it. There'll still be a risk no matter who you buy from but it'd be minimized a lot if you buy from someone trusted. Hmu if you're looking for an account btw.
