I didnt go through all the quests which cost lower than 1m but the point still stands, as maldesto said, you wanted to do the most expensive quests so i could pay more. My suggestion for a settlement would be you doing all the quests (which i can do) which cost less than 1m. Because point still stands you tried to get as much money as possible from me and make me py i really hefty price for a service which wouldnt cost the amount of gp you planned on making me pay. Also, the 16qp i mentioned cost 6.7m while you did 6qp for 9m.. So yeah. After further discussions with the user my settlement i just posted doesnt really suite him. I dont know why, but he doesnt want to do it. Seeing as he did deceive me by telling me that him choosing the quests would be better for me, and evidently, they werent i think we should go with what maldesto said.

After some research i could have gotten 16 quest points for 6.7m! He got me 6 quest points for 9m. Its pretty obvious that he didnt do the quests which would be 'better' for me, as he supposedly said. So, as maldesto said, there was a much much cheaper alternative.

He wants me to pay 25m for 19 qp, thats like 1.4m per qp. He also told me that it would be better if i let him choose the quests, which is why i did. I requested dt and lunars specifically (which means he'd have to do prequests where needed to) however the fact that 9m was spent on 5 quests while i provided a very very long lost of quests which cost less than 1m with some costing 100k/500k/700k means that i couldve gotten much much better value for my money than what was provided. Also, the feud shouldnt really be included from the quests since it cost 2m and helped him with thieving (which he was also supposed to do) so yes, i feel like if i had known he would have picked all the expensive quests and neglect a lot of cheaper ones i wouldve chose them myself.

For the cost of one of the quests, lets say for example, one small favour which costs 3m, he could have potentially completed 4-7 quests, which, even if rewarded 1qp each, would have been much more beneficial to me.

As stated in previous post, doubt it has done all the cheaper quests but sure i'll make a list and get back to you.

Worth pointing out that excluding wiests he 'had' to do, all the others were relatively expensive given the list. I dont know what quests the account has done precisely but in pretty sure that it hasnt done all the quests which cost less than 1m.

I dont get what you're trying to say. There is no 'all' quests. I asked him to get me barrow gloves and he told me to choose which quests i wanted done. (Incase i wanted specifics, which i did and those were DT and lunars) he never, at any point, told me that 25m wouldnt be enough for the gloves nor did he ever tell me that i'd have to pay another 25m for another 25m worth of quests (which he only told me after he supposedly 'completed' the service).

I dont think he should be paid since the job agreed upon hasnt been done. Also, a 15% discount is far from enough considering i was expecting to pay 25m for the barrow gloves, hence why i think that offering the additional 10mil was more than fair enough, however, after speaking to devry via skype i have retracted that offer and would like the staff to make a decision. Bearinng in mind that if he expects me to pay another 20-30m for the completion of the job, he would be dreaming. Especially since i was expecting to pay only 25m for the quests. It is not my fault he didnt clarify 'his plan of getting b gloves'.

Although i dont think thats how things should work out, im all for settling things. I'll pay an additional 10mil for the service to be completed. Edit: After speaking to Devry regarding working something out i've come to the conclusion that it wont be possible. I'd like the staff to make a decision on what should be done here. Clearly and evidently i was deceived (maybe not intentionally) into thinking that the 25m worth of quests would be more than enough for the barrow gloves.

Technically, you could say i was deceived. I was duped into believing that 25m worth of quests would be enough to get me the barrow gloves.

Oh and regarding the TWC. How can anyone think that a dispute like this warrants a TWC? First off, i dont hold the payment, dbuffed does. Second of all, the only money i "owe" him is the 1mil. I dont think i'd scam quit for 1mil, nor does anyone else. The whole dispute is with regards to the service agreement and the mix up and not that any scamming was done, so can someone remove the TWC?

Ok so here goes my explanation. First of all i had a thread up in the request section stating i wanted someone to get 128-b gloves as well as get me 36-53 thieving and 30-50 fm (not entirely sure on levels.) Devry contacted me on skype regarding my request and the first thing he said was this: As you can see in that picture, he sent me a link to my thread and tells me he wants to do it for me. Again, not saying he wants to do part of the service but all of it. Now regarding the point of disagreement. As you can clearly see, he says "as for b gloves i always have a plan" and goes on to explain i pay 25m and he'll do 25m worth of quests. When i/most people read that i get the assumption that he wants either me to choose what quests to be done or him. He doesn't mention a recurring payment of 25m until he reaches barrow gloves. Hence why i paid the middleman (dbuffed) 31m. Due to a miscalculation on both our parts i still owe him 1m. Anyways, back to our point, when we agreed on the price and everything and i piad dbuffed the 31m i was still under the impression that it would be the only payment i would have to make since there wasnt ANY mention of any other payments. He did not include that i would have to pay a further 25m after he completed nor did he mention that the 25m would not be enough to reach the barrow gloves. Edit: I would like to also add that, again, he stated that he would be doing "All of it" In the first picture and still no mention about more payments besides the ones i already made to dbuffed (Except for the 1m which was a miscalculation on both our parts) So when i read that and he says "as for b gloves i have a plan" naturally, he should mention that the 25m would not get me barrow gloves and that i might have to pay more, simply telling me that gave me the impression that 25m was enough. Those words are very misleading. And again, no mention of further payments were made and the agreement was, as shown above, to get me barrow gloves (including DT and Lunars), as well as the powerleveling. As for what should be done, in my opinion he should complete getting me barrow gloves without receiving an additional pay/fee due to not mentioning that there would be more money to pay or that i might need to pay extra because 25m worth of quests was insufficient.

First off, this really really doesnt call for a TWC. The 1m was a mixup in calculations which i told the user i'd py back, the dispute is about the service and how it should be completed and how it was completed. I cant give a detailed reply atm since i dont bave access to a computer so i'll be replying with a detailed explanation as well as pictures tomorrow hopefully.
