Do you have a picture of the email attached to the account being a hotmail and then changed to a yahoo email? Also, when you do recover, dont log into the account. I'll log in and we'll take matters from there.

Also, if/when you do recover the account do not login to it. Post the details here so i can check the account with regards to bank and what not. (If i see a "Last login: Earlier today") then it'll be an even bigger problem.

Dale, can you explain why you claimed to not have a yahoo account, but when @Starcraft attempted to recover a yahoo account using your hotmail one as the back e-mail, it sent you a link? Pretty sure that wouldn't happen if you didn't own a yahoo account.

Yes please do carry on with the recovery. Byang, why are you lying about the account access (the rere email which kaytrigg gave you)? Its the same password (i verified it myself) as the one he gave you.

Was just in a skype call with the user and for some weird reason, his osbuddy screenshots are very buggy. Closed, will be removed from TWC and service can carry on.

You should know all the details regarding the account (Creation date/ISP provider etc..) So it shouldn't be an issue recovering the account if you are infact the OO. Also, who recovered the account if it wasn't you and you claim to be the OO?
