Depending on the type of network setup you might be able to just changed your home ip whenever you want.

IP change is based on how your network is setup if you can't change it and still need a new IP get a proxy.

Yea if your quoted a time it should be that time not anymore if he needed more time he should of said so or said that i wont be starting till X.

Your windows plans how many mirror clients can it run without lag because i was using another vps and it couldnt run one mirror stably.
