Do u need to do cardio to lose weight? The answer is NO! the reason why is because it's calories in VS calories out so if your body needs 2500 calories to maintain weight if u eat 2000 calories it means ur body is out of energy and grabs fat/with a little muscle/water weight thus means that u losing weight. I myself recommend doing cardio because it's healthy and increases the metabolism so you can eat more and enjoy food! IIFYM: If It Fits Your Macro's means as long as you get your macro needs you will reach your goal.
