i assume he was botting 3 accounts at a time on the same ipand swaped between the 16+ accounts so they were probably running only a few hours a day. I assume this would flag his IP if 16+ accounts were being used at the same IP and three accounts logged in at a time. Not 100% sure though just assuming

Probably a flagged IP address. I suggest resetting it. If one account gets banned on an IP the rest of them will most likely soon follow.

He did say 'no' and you pretty much shut him down, IMHO it would be the same as The_Red_Flag word for word.

If not ild consider getting two accounts to level 60 and just suicide botting for the weekend and transfer the bars off before they log off Only thing is, bond would be a max of 2m and then you need to risk the cost of the ore. Not too sure if it is worth it.

I would considering changing your IP and using mirror if you arnt already. Its strange you lost 20 accounts, If you're doing 15hrs straight that might be a reason too. Possibly if you are running more than one on an IP at a time too.
