Bug in Ardougne. It still kills and loots, but after I've banked it all it won't move anymore

Can you give me a trial? Started ranging and looks like a sweet way to get 99

Can you maybe fix that if you go up/down the stairs in Ardougne you move back to the main floor? Stuck every 2 hours~
