How about people are only able to do business with however much said user donated, example lets say verified is a $100 donator all he should be able to do is services that equal up to the $100 he initially donated, using his donation money as insurance. Lets say he goes rouge, anyone who was effected would be covered by the amount he donated. New rule should be all users can do is 1 service at a time, making it so if they scam it would only be 1 user, and the user who was a victim would have that $100 coverage. Helps prevent admins saying "user dealt with and sorry for your loss" ya'know. and to be eligible to get a refund you must be able to prove that you paid for the service in which you were scammed. if you couldn't, tough luck more money for admins. If that made any sense...? I'm way too high to be here right now. Gonna go pass out.
