if there is a link to a website don't click it, that is a phishing email its gonna link you to a fake rs where you type your info and the site logs your ip, they'll hit you off and high jack whatever is on your account.

All of the advice on this thread is terrible, first of all are you buttering the pan? If so the thing that is causing the 2nd grill cheese to be burnt is the butter, after each grilled cheese sandwich take a wet cloth (Preferably paper towel as to avoid creating a burned towel) and wipe down your pan thoroughly.
