I wouldn't say there is a cool down period for the ban, I think of it as like a offenders list. Once your placed on that list I think your more targeted and they watch your patterns heavily and the moment you become 'bot like' you will be slapped with a temp.

You need to think of the respawn timer, if your going to be waiting 20 seconds for respawn might aswell take your time on the darts, 200 gp for a scale isn't worth at rock crabs. Nmz and maybe break even on herb boxes.
