The devs go inactive all the time, then they come back and do a couple of things when they feel like it. Only one with really consistent activity is @Alek, Zach comes by every so often though.

Yeah, thats exactly the case. Basically what happens it they give you a 2 day ban, then they can still use that offence against your account for a year if you do something else wrong / break rules
