  15. I wrestled folk style my freshman year and had a record of 22-2. Making weight in highschool wrestling is very dependent on your lifestyle. If you have fat on you, it is only a matter of throwing on a sweatshirt, taping the cuffs, and going for a run every day. If, however, you have grown in the past year(which is much more probable) it may not be possible for you to go back down to 120 lbs in a healthy manner.
