The proxies don't matter much as long as you're not doing too many on an ip. Also the other information you said jagex has doesn't seem to play a large role in bans since you can run the same script in mutliple system configurations and still get the same result.

Jagex bans in waves, they catch you and don't ban you until the next wave. Whatever their system is for banning isn't instantaneous so if there's lots of accounts in between one and the next one that got picked up then it'll take sometime which explains your 30minute window.

proxy flagging is bs and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. Been using the same proxies for months catching bans daily and still never got banned that fast.

They had a person manually run their script or program that bans people though if that counts for anything. Besides that, everything is automated.

This is not new at all. It happened months ago that they've had this detection. If they decided to turn it off temporarily that's new but them detecting residential ip vs proxy is not. Yes you do. You do need residential proxies for it. That's the reason why people buy tuts instead of make their own. Jagex has already done all of this stuff before and we know what the solution is.

Single threaded performance isn't the deciding factor when running multiple bots.... If you read his posts above, he wanted over 50 accounts. Since not every bot is going to be running on that same exact thread the single threaded performance doesn't matter because it won't even reach peak performance while the rest of the cores are under load as well. That's why the performance of all cores is more relevant when running a farm, and single threaded performance doesn't matter very much unless it's extremely low.
