I believe its bots actions + unrealistic time played that leads to ban. Therefore with a good script (priv perhaps) and a good amount of realistic breaks, I am quite sure it will last for good.

No idea. I get 420max per hr. On average probably 350/hr And have a constant nat buyer offering 260-300ea. Pretty straightforward income.
