    Actually this is a good site that solves most of your issues. Take some time to read. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/sleep-and-hibernation-frequently-asked-questions And if your pc is loud, most likely its from the fans. Perhaps changing of fans might solve the issue.
